REGULAR GENTLE VACUUMING
By following these simple instructions, your rug will last for many years.
- Regular vacuuming and occasional gentle shaking should keep your rug in ship-shape condition. vacuuming (even without the roller brush) removes most particles from the rug’s pile, which often means removing the various smells that accompany them.
- Vacuum your rug using a low-powered vacuum cleaner, preferably one without a beater brush. If threads are pulled during vacuuming, or any other time do not pull. If you must clean your rug due to stains or spills, please professionally clean.
- When storing your rug, do not fold or put it in an airtight plastic bag, it is advisable to roll with the rug backing showing and wrap it with a cloth for protection.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
• A 5–10% color variation is natural and expected due to the artisanal handmade process and individual display settings — this is not considered a defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theblueknot.com with supporting images.
Once reviewed and verified, we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Delivery Time

- Orders take 4 to 6 weeks if the item is not in stock.
- For ready-to-ship items, delivery will take 5-10 days.
For Home Accessories:
- In-stock items are dispatched on the same day.
- If the item is not in stock or if you order more than one, delivery will take 10-25 days.
