10 Days Hassle-Free Return is valid for purchases within India only (not applicable for custom rugs).

We accept returns within 10 days of shipping the product, provided the item is in its original condition and free from any damage or signs of use.

In case you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a picture of the rug at info@theblueknot.com
. After a thorough examination, we will replace it at no additional cost.

No returns are applicable on sale items. However, they can be replaced with another product available on our website.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Order cancellations can be processed only after inspection and confirmation that the goods are in proper condition. Once approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to your account within 5 working days.
