We offer a 10-Day Hassle-Free Return for purchases within India (not applicable for custom products).

Returns are accepted only if the rug is damaged or defective upon receipt.

A 5–10% color variation is normal due to the handmade nature of our products and display differences — this is not considered a defect.

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@theblueknot.com with pictures of the products.

After examination, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
